Questions
What is free, exactly?
The whole Kinetra app and everything it does on your own computer. It's open source and has no time limit. You only pay for the services we run on our servers, such as AI templates and live polls.
What counts as a computer?
A plan is tied to your Kinetra account. Sign in to the app on each computer you use; the plan covers that many computers at the same time (Pro 1, Team 5). There's no extra computer to buy: move to Team, or contact us. You can move a plan to another computer whenever you like.
How do I cancel?
From the billing page in your Kinetra account, at any time. You won't be charged again and keep the plan until the end of the month you've paid for. The app keeps working on the free plan after that.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. Ask within 30 days of any payment and you get that payment back in full. No questions asked.
Who handles the payment?
Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, charges the right VAT and sends your receipts and invoices.
